Before You Get Started

Remember, this only works for fan pages. It doesn’t work for timelines of personal Facebook accounts. Also, you’ll probably have to be at least a Content Creator in order to be able to do this – Facebook has a system of Admin Roles for pages.

Pin a Post to your Facebook Page

Login to Facebook and goto your Facebook Page. Find the post you want to pin and click the pencil icon on its top right side. From the drop-down menu, click Pin to Top.

It’s really that simple. The post will stay at the top of your page and will have a yellow ribbon on the top right side to show that it’s been pinned to your page. I’ve noticed the post will not stay at the top forever. On my page it normally drops back down into the timeline after a week or so. Just repeat the process however to add it back to the top.
