Launch Windows 8 Start screen and select the Microsoft Store. Next scroll over to Productivity and click on it – not Quick Note if you see it. Remember, until the final version of Windows 8 is released, all apps in the store are free. Click on OneNote MX. Then click Install. Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17120 Microsoft is improving the WDAG based on Insider feedback over this testing cycle. Performance improvements for WDAG make the start process faster and improve the experience with Microsoft Edge. You will be able to turn on a “Download to host” feature on Windows 10 Enterprise edition through Group Policy. The Windows Defender System Guard has also received performance updates. Known issues with Windows Mixed Reality have also been addressed with this build....

The program expires after ten days, which means you’ll need to download it again if you want it to be up-to-date. First of all, you need to know that you needn’t be worried. Skype will continue to work on your computer just as it did before. It’s just the Firefox add-on that gets soft blocked (meaning it’s blocked, but you have the option to re-enable it). The Firefox extension is used by Skype to turn phone numbers in websites into buttons that offer the possibility to make a Skype call. The extension has been responsible for roughly 40,000 Firefox crashes last week, so Mozilla felt the need to do something about it....

People? out there still running Windows 2000, because this week Microsoft released a new script to help migrate users and their data from Windows 2000 to Windows 7. It’s called the w2KMigUser script. Wow. Upgrade? Really? How do you expect to run Windows 7 on a 7-to-10-year-old machine?
