While we wait for the new client, Microsoft continues to update its legacy Lync for Mac 2011 client. This week Microsoft released what it calls the “July 2015 Update” version 14.1.1 aka KB3074981. Windows 10 19H1 Preview Build 18329 One of the new features includes “Top apps in Search” which will show you the apps you use the most when you open Search. Open Internet Explorer 10 and browse to your Facebook page. Then tap the pin icon next to the address bar, label the icon – it’s “Facebook” by default, then tap Pin to Start. Then you’ll have a Facebook tile on the Start screen. When you tap to launch it, it will open IE 10 to your Facebook page.
